I think it is 8. I have only tried 2 since I only have two machines capable of running N2. 2 works fine over IPX under Windows 95. /THansen

I know I could read the manual but this came up at work while I was talking about racing over the modem with a buddy last night and the manual is at home. If we had x number of pc's hooked together thru an ethernet hub how many people could race against each other at the same time. Is it the same as modem play where there are only two cars or can I get more ? And has anybody tried this, if so how is it working out. How would you start the race, in the modem setup you have one machine that is in control of the menu's. I somehow see three or four T2's clampled on around my kitchen table if this will work. TIA Bartman
