I thought I remembered a thread somewhere on here (maybe it was on RSC?)
about the Force RS being discontinued, but Act Labs saying they planned
to continue on with the Performance pedals and the Shifter. Well,
that's no longer the case.
I don't have the e-mail handy (it's at my work account), but they
cancelled my order for a shifter and said that stock is running low on
performance pedals, so get them now. It continued on to say that they
couldn't say if they would or wouldn't ever start making them again, but
no promises and no timetable if they were.
Argh...that's what I get for waiting this long. Ordered my shifter a
month or so ago, and finally get a message that my order is cancelled,
and no shifter for me. Anyone got a spare they want to part with?
Oddly enough, the shifter, wheel, and pedals still show up as the main
item on their website.
Dangit, I was so excited that this was supposed to show up in time for
my birthday, too....

I bought five Act Labs shifters at the end of last year and after giving two
away as Xmas presents,keeping one for myself and one as a spare so i never
have a problemn with spares,i have one left which i am happy to send to you
if needed.
Please advise,i am in England.

Nevermind, I got a bounce that your domain name wasn't found.
Remove all the underscores (even that "underscore") to unmunge my
e-mail. 'Course, if Mozilla would put my .sig on right, then that
would be normally displayed. I really should move up to Thunderbird or
get a new newsfroup reader....
