I converted some Nascar tracks to Indycar II .
Other drivers run slower than me . How can I change their
average lap speed ?

You probably downloaded the older version of the converters. Go to The
Sim Project at http://members.aol.com/simproject and get the newer version
of the converters, dated August 1996.
