Help! I'm getting very frustrated with this simulation! I've been
playing for a while but no matter how much I improve, I still can't seem
to be competitive against the computer cars. I have them set to 100% so
that they will perform realistically and even when I have a car that
performs great during practice, I can't seem to get anywhere in a race
(or even qualifying). The AI cars are much faster than me and accelerate
at warp speed! I'm also having trouble keeping them from getting around
me on the inside; if I slow down enough to take a corner they will get
around me every time. And if I don't slow down (to try to keep up with
their speeds) I usually have some *** meetings between my car and the
wall. What did the veterans on this newsgroup do to get to be veterans?

Who are you and who am I?
You say we know the reason why
Some are born, some men die
Beneath one infinite sky.
There'll be war, there'll be peace
But anything, one day, will cease,
All the iron turned to rust,
All the proud men turned to dust.
