Yeah, it does. But since they don't race in the rain, what fun is it? How
would you like to be in the middle of a good race...make a pit stop...and
have it start raining...end of race...bummer.
(It's kinda like player breakdowns...I like the idea of it, but I hate it
when it happens)
I can understand wanting wet weather for Grand Prix racing, but not
Nascar.

Yeah. In N1 and ICR2, Papy wanted a rain thingie, but they had to cancel
it just because (no offense, Jim, and Papy) they had no time, just as they
have "no time" for a measly paintkit in SODA racing.

temperature would go down and make your car not stick as well. Otherwise
I don't know what the rain thing does. (This is N1, NOT N2)

Why would you even want it to rain in Nascar2? Oh boy the red flag is
out for two hours or the race is called like last year at Bristol.
