To the people working at Papyrus' project Grand Prix Legends,
Are the screenshots on the (sierra) site representative for the final product ?
If so, great job; can't wait to see (and drive) 'em.
Are you planning beta's or demo versions ? If so, i'd like to apply as a
racing-sim fanatic.
thankx

I have just visited the Sierra Home Page and had a closer look at the new
Racing
Simulation from Papyrus: GRAND PRIX LEGENDS.
And I must say that i now cant wait for it to be coming out in Spring 98.
It is a Racing Simulation about the 1967 Racing Season.
My question is:
Was there a race in 67 season on the famous German Nrburgring aka the
Green Hell ????
I hope so.
But my next BIG question is: Can Papyrus put that Race Track in their Game
? Or in any Game ?
The Race Track is far over 20Km long and has difference in height about
400m. Imagine that !!!!!!
Please let me know !!!!
Hope for feedback..........

Yes there was! Plus also a race at the old Spa-Francorchamps track
which was about 14km long!
This is my big worry. I would guess that it would need a large amount
of RAM to hold the entire track in memory so I assume that it would
rely on using some form of virtual memory - the game is likely to
Win95 only I would think. If they manage to do it it will be a major
achievement
