I just read the article in the interaction magazine and it
raises a couple of questions.
Is NROS already taking place now or is it in the process of being
put together?
What is TEN (Total Entertainment Network) and where do I get
more information?

Will the skill level system on TEN be any different than it is on
Hawaii??
Will the NROS Realistic Divisions be separated by Skill level only?
Will Laps Per Incident be a factor? What about laps led?
Also will track diversity be a factor, or will "one trackers" be
rewarded as equally as those who put effort/time into
each track?
Lastly should a 5% race count as equally as a 50% race? Its
easier to run 10 5% races and rack up a high skill level,
but running the longer runs requires pit strategy, tire management,
and consistancy....Which I am hoping is what the NROS will be
all about.
Thanks

In the latest Issue from Sierra doing their propaganda spiel, they had
some good info on NROS. A lot more then I've gathered perusing here
for months.
Bottom line is the NROS division will be different then regular
divisions <assuming Papyrus/TEN allows other leagues. That hasn't been
mentioned yet. They may not allow them>.
Skill updates will be similar to Hawaii. You'll be moved up or down
based on your driving performance, and whether you***Ed Martin off
<This I mean by cheating, or whatever>.
Races will most likely be judged by Incidents and finishing Position.
Similar to Hawaii. Race distance will likely not play a part.
This is my personal conjecture based on what I've seen.
The people who know this are keeping it under wraps.
