HI. I've been able to get ICR2 support for the 3D Blaster and I've
patched it with the ICR2REND file from Sierra. It works fine with all
those effects, but then I don't have the enhanced tracks. No clouds, no
improved track graphics. Is there someplace where the enhanced tracks
could be downloaded from?

While we can't legally give you all the files for an enhanced version
of ICR2, The Sim Project is working on distributing a patch that may
at least give you sky-textures...I'll find out the info, and post to the
news section. =)
