ONCE AGAIN...I say give credit where credit is due. Bill Benedict made the FIRST trucks. If you want the URL of his page email me. He was the first to do so and had a part in making the modifieds too. Mike Frazer

If you guys were impressed with that truck set, you should see the one I made back in January with just a hex editor. Marcelo hadn't finished up his utilities yet, but he and I were in contact with each other for a while. You can find my rendition of the the '96 trucks at Marcelo's Car Editor Project pages, http://www.ing.puc.cl/~mbassino/cep/index.html or you can get them from my own homepage: http://www.rose-hulman.edu/~benedict Unlike Alex's, the front end doesn't change shape when you damage the truck, nor does the bed change color. There are also a lot fewer ray tracing holes in my set since I spent a solid week trying to understand they way Papyrus did their z-buffering (still haven't figured it out, but I worked around it :) We've been using these trucks in the IGN Supertruck series this season, and if you're looking for a truck series to run in, I would recommend that one.
