I have downloaded two files (nas2icr.exe and nas2icai.exe), created a
directory (nas_icr),executed nas2icr.exe giving paths for nascar and icr2
and then folllowed the same procedure for nas2icai.exe.The second
procedure left zip files which I then extracted. I also created separate
track subdirectories for each nascar track and either loaded or extracted
the relevant files into each subdirectory. I now have, for example, two
sets of similar files in my Atlanta track subdirectory, some have an *.lp
extension and the others begin with "atlanta"and then have some similarity
to the *.lp files. The files, however, have different dates--- 6/23/96
from nas2icr.exe and 6/15/96 from nas2icai.exe.I can't load the nascar
tracks during the game--- "trouble loading file." I have several
questions. 1. Which files and in particular which file extension (*.lp or
not) should, for example, be in the Atlanta track subdirectory 2. Why do
the ai track files have an earlier date than the main conversion files if
the ai file is suppose to update the conversion file? Which file is the
updated file? Any help will be appreciated.
