X-CAR: Any news?

'Allo 'Allo !! I seem to remeber some talks about a McLaren / LeMans sim called X-CAR or something like that. Does anyone know if the project's still on ?? If so; when will it be release?? I don't give a shit about that crappy McLaren - I just want to drive that awsome "La Sarthe" track !! -- Ed_ 'The strategy is to go like hell from the start and pass as many cars as possible !!' Don't know if this is the sim your talking about but there is one coming out called x-car from Bethesda Softworks. They supposedly have a page devoted to it at www.xcar.com. I haven't looked at it so I'm not sure how much info it'll have John

SRN will have a "First Imressions..." article on X-Car this weekend. We were invited to Bethesda's studios in Maryland last week, and found the game to be quite fun!! :) Sim Racing News is at: http://members.aol.com/simracing/index.htm There's also the proposed X-Car Racing League at: http://members.aol.com/rparr28922/html/RJ.htm Plus my own future Bad Dog Racing site (for X-Car) at: http://members.aol.com/teambaddog/index.htm Best Regards, Marc Marc J.
