Autochat.msg

Steve: It works when you are in Multiplayer mode, and in N2 is the only means to talking to other drivers when you're on the track. You can edit the list - ten choices - and use them in the race by pressing and holding CTRL and then the Function key (F1 through F10) corresponding to the list you edited. For example, the first item on the list may be made to say "Steve is Pitting." Then, in a Multiplayer race, you can hit CTRL+F1, and the other drivers will know you're pitting. I made a template (like WordPerfect) and wrote down what each Fkey means so it's easy reference at 200 mph. Tom > How does the Autochat.msg work > Steve

OK,Thanks for the reply Steve
>How does the Autochat.msg work >Steve When running a multiplayer game you can send text messages to the other players using ctrl+(F1-F10). The autochat.msg is just a plain text file so you can put anything in there you like (upto the character limit, havn't checked that). All in all good fun for modem races!!
