GP2 - fuel & keyboard query

I got the same trouble with quick race (I've got the 97add-on which set to 15% the quick race length and I've just got 5 or 6 laps fuel) Beno?t Parmentier

That should give you enough fuel to complete a 15% race. For the guy with the 30% races, sorry but I don't know anyway to solve your problem other than drive a little more conservatively. Higher gear ratios may help though & backing off the throttle every now and again. Cheers, Richard

Yep, there definitely is a patch around somewhere. I don't know the name though. Visit some GP2 sites on the WWW, and you'll run into it. Beware: there's not much chance that the car will be controlable!! Then in the Drive/Options menu use the option 'Use Car Setup' for the quickrace. Not in the game. There was a small utility on the Web that did it by patching the gp2 files, but those who tried it reported the game was completely unplayable, since the keyboard digital input is of the on/off type.
