Hello,
My friend is having problems with his Compaq Prolinea 575 and the
Screamin' 3D card. Apparently, the original video port is directly on
the Motherboard. Also, supposedly it can be disabled. However,
neither him nor I know how to do this.
Unfortunately, when he bought it, the manuals weren't with it. We
beleive that many of the conflicts could be resolved if only we knew
how to disable the onboard video. Of course, trying to get
information from Compaq is like pulling teeth.
Anyone who could share the step by step instructions with us, whether
it be on the MB or in BIOS or both, please aid us. Your help will be
greatly appreciated.
