I recently ran a program on my computer called DMAtest. The program
exits with a message saying something about the verite chip not using
the bus-mastering capabilities. I run Indycar2 at ~25-30 fps on my
P100. DMAdiag tells me my DMA performance sucks (11.9 Mb/s). What
should I do? Is there any way to tell if your MB supports bus
mastering at all?

It's probably just a BIOS issue. Try flashing with the latest revision
of your motherboard's BIOS.
