I'm not positive if this will help anybody or not with GP2 problems, but
Matrox wrote me awhile back and told me that the freezes and lockups in GP2
with the Matrox Mystique card BIOS 1.2 would be fixed by upgrading to BIOS
1.3. Well, it's now available at ftp.matrox.com/pub/mga/mystique/bios.
Caveat emptor: Upgrading BIOS, whether for Motherboards or VGA cards or
anything else can be a devastating experience. MAKE SURE you know what you're
doing, and if you're not having problems with the Mystique, it's probably
better not to upgrade at all....
