Season manager for N2003

I've found all manner of tracks and mods for Nascar 2003, but what about a programme to create and manager season files?

I am sorry you have ADD, but that doesn't really answer my question now, does it?

I'd use vi before I use Notepad. I was just wondering if there was another way. Thanks.
