I went into town today to do my Christmas shopping (which was a
nightmare in its own right, but that's another story), and I saw Grand
Prix Manager 2 on the shelf.
I had Grand Prix Manager 1 for Christmas last year, and became rapidly
disillusioned with it after finding all the bugs, inaccuracies and
inconsistencies. Now I see that GPM2 is on release. My question is this:
Is it a new game (i.e. worthy of purchase in its own right) or is it
just the finished version that GPM1 should have been? I would feel
pretty unhappy about having to pay (UK POUNDS)34.99 just to get the
program that I should have had in the first place. So, is this a blatant
rip-off by MicroProse, or is it a totally new product? Do I buy or
boycott?
