Nascar 2 is this a menu demo cause it dont work

the only thing that works is the menu ...go to race and it all falls down .....have to reboot .......running pent 133 ......32Mb edo ram 512 k 2gb hd What does this demo want ????????? any help??

If it isn't a genuine Intel(tm) Pentium(tm) 133 (ie if it's a Cyrix, of NexGen or whatever) it won't work. If the video card has an STB chip on it, the palette will be screwed up. To fix the stb problem goto sci tech homepage and download display doctor run it then uninstall it, restart in dos cd\sdd53\backup then type univbe whala when you reboot your windows pallette won't be messed up. Mick in tampa

If you are running in with a valid Intel Pentium you may have "unzipped" the demo incorrectly. You need to unzip it with the -d switch. This will create all of the necessary directories and place the proper files in the their place. -- **************************** Michael E.
