Nascar2 Demo Pauses during race

First, great demo. Okay, now to gripe and complain! I noticed during a race or qual or whatever, that the screen freezez for about half a second periodically as if it's pausing for a disk swap ala Win95 style. I'm in total dos mode, though. Kinda tough to race, I rear-ended a couple of guys because of this, and hit the wall too. Reminds me of what people were saying about ICR2 in Win95, .....disk swap....Wham-o....hit the wall! Anyone else have this occur?
