track pack question

is it possible for someone to email someone the track pack in .zip format? I can't find it to buy it because of Nascar2 coming out so soon. And why can't i run even with all the graphics but the car decals and skids on in high res on a 486 66mhz with 16mb ram?

smoke and dirt on, track side objects on, car tecture auto, and I think every thing els is off. I have no problems with that even on hawaii. The track pack question I believe that with the NASCAR2 coming out soon that you should be able to get it from the net. BUT! The copy writes issue plays a -BIG- roll here.
