GP2Jams- How do I do it?

Hi all, I know that this maybe stupid to some of you, but I need an idiot's guide to using Trevor's convertor. I've tried to use it and all I got was a car that was all colored pixels. And they were shimmering. Kind of psychadelic, but not what I was looking for. Could someone please post, or E-mail me the idiot's way to use Trevor's program. Hi Simply do not use colours outside of the pallete that you get when you edit the Bitmap, and use a good bitmap editor (Paintshop Pro or similar) and don't change the BMP format to anything other than RGB 256 color. I have had success with this method. Chad
