I think when a caution is taking place due to wreck the time of the
caution period should be dictated by the severity of the accident. In the
event of the player's car loses two wheels, that should be able to be
towed to the garage area for repairs. Especially when running a
championship season. A caution should not be displayed when a car bumps
the wall and gets a "damaged tire" (tough luck). In real racing if one car
has a problem the caution is not displayed.
