Has anyone noticed that there is a time limit in "Practice any
circuit" mode?
I was doing a savegame at the end of each night in my quest for first
place in the MPS Lap-It-Up Monza contest so that whenever I started
again, my fastest lap & split times were still on the***pit LCD
display. This made it easier to see if I was improving against the
all-time fastest lap rather that just the fastest lap in that session.
Anyway, last night, after about 30 minutes, the message (something
like) "Unlimited Practice Over" was displayed and I was kicked out
back to the main menu screens. Something like what happens at the end
of raceday practice, or qualifying. That really stuffed me up as I
wasn't able to save any of the last batches of hotlaps.....
Just thought I'd let people know to expect this at some point if they
are doing savegames.
BTW my fastest time at Monza is 1:22.299 using homemade wheel and
pedals with manual brakes & gears, and traction help off.
Cheers...
