There is no 4.8 I believe...I do see a decrease in 4.7 though...happy to know where its from, I'll just wait for 4.9 to come out (I also believe they are skipping 4.8 for some reason since there is a beta of 4.9 out to help Doom 3. I'm guessing ATI hasn't fixed the prob since then.
