Can you blame him. If someone shouted your name in a crowded room &
then started to complain, would you put your hand up?
Yes, there are a few problems with GP2, but I for one am _not_ pissed
off. It is a truely _great_ game. Not as great as it might have been,
granted, but I would much rather have GP2 than not have it.

Would you have preferred it if Microprose pulled a "Strike Commander"
with GP2? "Let's see - we've got this great game with awesome graphics,
but most people won't be able to get even close to turning on all the
graphic detail on - so let's put it on hold for an extra couple
years so people's computers catch up"
I find that Indycar II runs just as fast as GP2 with the equivalent
amount of graphic detail on display - if all you can do is complain
about the speed, then you will only be encouraging developers to simply
REMOVE the highest graphic detail options, develop only for the lowest
common denominator, or worse - simply not release a product for months
or even years just so less people will be whining about the speed as
people eventually buy faster computers.
