What will cache memory do to Nascar? Frame rate? Graphics? What? Do you need it? -- ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- | Mark Light --- Mark's Nascar Page | ----------------------------------------------------------------------------

Awhile back, I upgraded my 486-120 from 256K cache to 512K cache and saw a significant increase in Frame Rates for both ICR2 and NASCAR. I think this is a cheap way of gaining frame rate for racing sims. I am now using a Pentium 10O with 512 K cache and wondering how much Pipeline Burst would help. Good luck.
PB cache did wonders for my computer. I increased the framerate in NASCAR and ICR2 by 20% in SVGA on my P133. From 18 to 22fps in ICR2. Markus
