I'm aware of many variations of Hercules Stingray,
but I actually don't have the slightest idea of
what the difference among the is.
Could someone kindly clarify this to me?

The only Stingrays I"m aware of are as follows:
Stingray Pro - Based on the ARK1000, 32 bit chip
Stingray Pro/Video - same as above with enhanced video playback, still 32 bit
Stingray 64/Video - Based on the ARK2000, 64 bit chip, enhanced video playback
I have the 64/Video and love it. It is the fastest of the stingrays (from
what I have read and heard) although I have not compared the Pros one on one.
Hope this helps.
