continue button, but will not do anything when you hit continue
use the steering to select the option, then shift down for ok.

I can't even get it to launch. Typical Codemasters. They've choked up
their software with so many self-serving "security" devices (like Starforce)
that not even the freakin' *demos* will run. Boycott 'em...or just ignore
'em.

Same here. Wouldn't run with 9b; installed 9c and it fired right up. After
playing it I wish it hadn't...ugh.
