Does univbe 5.1 or 5.2 speed up vga and svga frame rates in gp2 or just SVGA?
What sort (percentage) of performance increase are we talking here?
Does any body know a fast download site for it? preferably uk.

It's being detected (Try GP2 log:on), but it's not using it.
May be in a future upgrade?
