The game asks for the CD when you start it, when you enter a new track
and maybe in other cases too. But it is possible to swap the CD among
the two PC's, even though this can become very frustrating. Especially
if the two PC's are located some distance a part. There might be legal
issues too.

Hi there,
Do you need 2 copies of f1gp2 to run it with a serial link? Or is it
possible to install the game on one PC an play the game without CD? I
definately don't want to buy the game twice, just for playing multiplayer
races...

Is it possible to copy some files of the CD to my HD, so that the game
doesn't ask for the CD anymore? I managed to do something like that
with C&C, so I could play multiplayer.
