I have read some conflicting reports that the bug has/has not been
corrrected by patch 1.02....
Is there a consensus now after a few days ?
Has the bug been corrected or not ?
ED...CHARLES....Is there any one out there ?

Ed has taken a vow of chastity when it comes to answering ICR2
questions. The yellow flag bug seems to have been modified somewhat.
It's still a bug, just a different species.

It is different, but not fixed, far as I understand.
Oddly, I find myself racing the original ICR a lot lately... and
waiting like the hordes for GP2.
No, I think they have all dumped us, using the excuse that some of us
ICR2'ers are real ***s. Parting words something like "we're real
people out here with feelings!" , or something similarly ironic.
