Last night, someone posted a bogus message & attached my name to it. #1: The message started that NASCAR 2 was not goint to ship until October, 1997. This is false. NASCAR 2 will ship this November as planned. #2: THIS IS MY ONE AND ONLY WARNING! If this EVER happens again, I will immediately stop trying to answer questions up here. This is NOT FUNNY. This type of "humor" is pretty pathetic. it's just plain stupid. Ignorant people never cease to amaze me! You are truely a loser! Thanks alot "spam"! I've never seen Ed post an angry reply until now. I've seen your posts before and they were usually associated with malicious comments and/or acts of software piracy. Michael, This is one of the reasons that I support Tony John's proposal to spilt r.a.s. into spearate forums. I'm not willing to let the idiots win, but I'm also not willing to continue with things the way that have become on r.a.s. Thanks Ed, I certainly don't want to give these "party-breakers" the satisfaction of winning. And you will see me voicing my opposition to splitting up the newsgroup. It has nothing to do with my wanting these idiots to have a chance of ruining a good thing. Since this process is a democratic one, I will continue to voice my opinions until it has run the course. I am not taking anyone's differing opinion as a personal attack, nor will I use my opinions as such. And once the votes & die have been cast I will go with the majority. However, I really think that what we need more than splitting up the newsgroup is to have a moderated newsgroup to cover the "technical" aspects of the various simulators out there. A discussion that will be void of the problems you have addressed in your various postings. This way we may be able to get other knowledgeable people to join in. People who are far wiser and may have thinner skin than Ed. This is not to mean that Ed is not wise, he is. I've removed that name and adrress from the list. So hopefully I will not recieve mail from that particular address again or that person. I am sure though that being the immature person that he/she seems to be, that he will switch names. Don't leave because of this looser...
