I've got it, I've ***y got it!
I'm referring to GP2, this morning
at 11.30am, It arrived in Gloucestershire,
by courier. I am at work, however, leaving
the T2 at home, on my DX4100
I can get 18fps, with only sky texture Off,
I have turned a few rear - view textures,
Off too.
Its good, its ***y good, the car snakes, in
1st and second gears. The views in VGA
are good, (obviously not SVGA standard,
but good).
The Race weekend is set with two Practise
and Two Qualifying sessions, as well as
Morning Race Warmup and the Race (duuuuu!).
I've manged about 4 laps round silverstone
and just about managed to brake without
locking up. To read the telemetry you have
to go into the pits, and get it downloaded! spin
turns are unreal.
You get 7 sets of tyres, and 12 qualifying laps,
there are two split times around the circuit,
after your first flying lap, you then get + or -
tenths, hundreds or thousands of seconds.

I'm off into town tomorrow, but my crappy little town [Halifax, W.
Yorkshire] probably won't have enough computer stores with enough
copies to go around!! Damn, looks like an early morning [after a late
night watching Withnail and I with a few tins in!! Groan!!!!!]

I have just spoken to a UK HMV store and they say that they will
'probably' start selling GP2 at 'some point' after 5.30 UK time today
(Thursday 19).
They said it is up to the managers discretion.
A bit vauge I know, but it may be worth turning up.
