I assume that you are referring to the delay us Americans have to wait
for GP2 to be released? If so, then you are completely right,

Actually, you said "U.S. GET'S SCREWED AGAIN!!" Just so you might know,
"GETS" is spelled without an apostrophe. Not all words ending in s are
possessive or contractions.
Also, I think you might find that often when an American game company
releases games, it's the Europeans and Asians, and everyone else that gets
screwed, as you might say.

Just to clarify something:
The "World" Series Baseball is called so because it used to be
sponsored a long time ago called "The World" (a Chicago publication I
think) and the nam ehas just stuck.
