(I know this is not the newsgroup to post such a message but I really
don't know where exactly to post it...)
I am moving from Canada to England in September and I am planning to
bring along my PC. Does anyone know what kind of adapter I need to buy
(power supply) + whether my modem will work there (and if not, what to
do about it ?)
Thanks.
Ok, I will make this message "postable" in this newsgroup for those of
you who are complaining. I just installed the ICR2 Patch on my system.
I ran a race at Cleveland with the yellow flags options ON and I ran
into the weirdest bug. All the cars were properly aligned during the
second lap under yellow. I was somewhere in the mdidle of the field and
I accidently passed the car in front of me while under yellow. I then
slowed down to let the car pass me back. It did, but then it raced to
the front of the field (while still under yellow) and just took off. As
a result, when the green came back on, that car was some 50 seconds
ahead of the second place car (all the other cars had remained behind
the pace car). Plus, I never got the black flag I expected.
What's wrong with this game ?!?!?!?
F.B.
You should have a voltage switch on the back you can switch to 240V - if
not, simply buy a UK spec PSU when you get here - they're dead cheap.
Nothing to worry about :) (Except what the baggage handlers will do to
it!!!! heh heh :) !!)
Cheers!
John
