ICR II Tech info needed !

Does anyone happen to know the structure of the CARS.DAT file, I'm planning on writing a MUCH better paintkit than papy's original, but I can't do it without loading and saving the cars ! -- Greetingz from Neerkant, Holland (it's probable raining here.... as usual)

What about the people who don't have Win95 or Mac versions?
