Hi, I'm just curious to see if anyone has had success running and DOS game in Windows NT. I am currently experimenting with this new operating system.

I do not believe the protected architecture of Win NT allows hardware access for non natively-NT applications. That would mean that DOS apps (and yes, our beloved f1gp1 and f1gp2) might even run (if at all) but without sound. This is true at least for WinNT 3.51, and I don't believe they would have changed the protected memory models for NT4.0b2. -- Robin Chung Senior Performance Architect, MTI-IV Aspiring F-1 Vehicle Dynamicist AMA#699255 HRC#HM402849 FAX:(510) 642 4769
