Hi John Just a word : when I tried to download the 96jul.zip, Netscape returned a 404 code. Did you put the file ? Bravo anyway for your great job Stephane -- ************************************************** * Have you ever tried a Steve Lol Experience ? * * F1GP2-NFS * * [link lost in import: /~stevelol/] * * (Netscape 2.0 needed) * **************************************************
Hi Stephane, You should read r.a.s.! :) As I mentioned in the "announcement" here, I don't really want to make my 'phone bill even worse by FTPing a couple of Mb over the 'phone. The FTP version will be up this weekend when I have a chance to hop in the car and go visit the server (it gets lonely at weekends...!). Hope you enjoy the mag when you eventually see it! Cheers! But it's a bit long to load each page, then to save it on the hard disk to read it without making my phone bill even worse (as somedy said). Keep up the good job, John. Excellent work John! Very much enjoyed. Everyone into r.a.s. and Sim Racing should really check this out. Nothing comes close to the coverage you provide in SRN for the true Sim Racer. Great articles in reference to the recent debates and "war of words" going on in r.a.s. and also enjoyed the interview with Jed and Jan from the Pits(another masterpiece of work for the Sim Racer)! Just wanted to take this time/space to thank everyone who has contributed to these valuable projects which make all this worthwhile. Papyrus/Sierra, Microprose, ect... should all feel proud to have this kind of additional interest and support to further promote their products! Believe it or not, I didn't even care what GP2 was till I started gettin into the articles and reviews you guys have provided, now I can hardly wait like u all ;) !!! Thanks to all who contribute! Ron

writes <Swoooooooosh!> - that was the sound of my head expanding :) Thanks for the kind words Ron (I'll give you that money later!!). Seriously, I'm glad you enjoy the site so much, and I have to say that there is no way Marc and I could manage the mag without the help from everyone on the net. Anyway, beats sitting around waiting for GP2 right!? ;) Cheers!
