I just got F1 1999-2002 from Ebay. However there was no manual. Anyone know where I can find the manual? -- I got my Outlook Express anti-spam filter at http://www.spamXpress.com

Return the game to the seller, you need the manual because it has the installation key. If you have seen the manual for F1 2000 or F1 2000 Championship Season or F1 2001 or F1 2002, then you have seen all that's in the F1c manual. Sorry.. dh

Go and get the RacerAlex's Advanced Setup Guide at watcher's site: http://watcher.drivingitalia.net Also, look for the F1 Challenge Driving Guide in the F1 Challenge forum of racesimcentral.com or Highgear. It's a sticky thread on both forums.
