Steering Wheel - Where to buy in AUSTRALIA

I was wondering if anyone knows where you can purchase a cheap (~$200 AUS) steering wheel joystick such as the Fromula T2 in Melbourne area. Also if any one has details of build quality and the pedal build (i.e. I have heard some use rollers??). Any feed back would be greatly appreciated, Thanks.
