In the races that the weather says - "Thes sky is cloudy." or it
says - "It`s raining", just start with wet tires, even if it`s not
raining yet, cause for sure it`s gonna rain and everybody else is going
to stop for tires and you wont have to, during the race the rain is
going to stop and start again and when that happens all the other cars
are going to stop again and again for tires, you just keep on going
with your rain tires, even when it`s time for your normal pitstop, just
refuel and get some new rain tires, no matter if in that point in the
race it`s not raining (because it will again), You`re going to win the
race by 2 laps or more.
