Someone help me, I need assistance with Gerhard's Track Converter, the Brickyard 400 NASCAR one..

Hello people, I am having problems with my Brickyard 400 track converter. Everytime I try to convert, it tells me: "Error reading entries on COL table" and "Error patching data file" What should I do? Please Email me with a solution as soon as possible
