I haven't succeeded to do it, but I think there isn't any performance inprovemend. At least with Need4speed I don't see the difference. Gertjan Westeneng

Get the new software. It pretty much completely replaces the old program.

I've had trouble installing the windows driver. I did notice a slight improvement in SVGA in icr2. Gregory Fung Vancouver, B.C., Canada IICC3 Ground Effects/Rebel Alliance Lola-Ford-Firestone

I tried that, too. And it doesn't work; however, I d'loaded the new 5.2 version and installed it under Win95. Then I copied the new statements to my autoexec.dos (minus the quotes) and it the crowd now stay in their seats when I'm doing hot laps at Michigan where before that would run away whenever I topped 220 mph or so on the main straight. Of course, there was no support for my card (MGA Storm) in UniVBE 5.1a, so you may not see much of an improvement if your card is already supported. Clark

Did you enter the lines suggested by the install program in your autoexec.bat? I let the program back up and then edit autoexec directly. Maybe you chose to create a example file. I think it is called autoexec.sdd
