Any new news on "THE PATCH"??

Just wondering if anyone has heard any new info. about the new track "THE PITS" has been working on, for Nascar Racing. Thanks, Mick

To try and fill the gap left by Daytona, I've been hacking away at Talladega and trying to produce a Daytona clone. Its not a new track, just Talldega with different scenery and textures. However, I've got people working on new AI so that cars run at least 2 wide, sometimes 3, overtake other cars more frequently and will attempt to pass you. Because of legal restrictions, I will have to release the track under the name of Florida Speedway, but hopefully, there will be a patch later on to rename it to Daytona. And finally, as I get asked this question so damn often, I am trying to get it released in time for the next Daytona race in July. If you don't already know, I've just started a new job and don't get much freetime at the moment to work on the patch. Please no more e-mail about release dates. Last I heard, he had the track itself done, and was waiting for AI lp files and still had to write the patch .exe program. This is a couple of days old. Mike -- _ ___/ \___ Speed Bump Motorsports...
