Number Nine 9FX Motion 771 and NASCAR

Does anyone know if there are DOS drivers available that will help NASCAR take advantage of a 64-bit VRAM 2MB accelerator? By itself, this accelerator improves the graphics on a 486DX280 from 11 frames/sec to about 13. If this is all I can expect from this card then I'd like to know. Also, can NASCAR run under Windows 95 and take advantage of the video accelerator using the Windows95 drivers that come with the No.9? Any help would be great.
