A lot of people seem to think that I may of broken a copyright on the
track. Well I think that this is a bunch of hoowey. No one has made a
Daytona for Nascar, which means no one has put a copyright on it. And
if they did, I'm sure they would find that mine is slightly different
hence their not the same.
As far as this goes I feel the same way about any other track that may
appear for Nascar or ICR2. If it wasn't made how can it be a copyright
infringement.
