Is Richard Burns Rally on PC available in Australia?

My EB stores claimes its not being released on PC! Seems to contridic the many posts in RAS

There is a very weird delay in Australia that nobody seems to know anything about. Some people are saying that the game has sold more copies than expected overseas and that there's some sort of shortage but I really don't know. Thankfully I ordered mine from sendit.com
