Is there a patch to fix the problem of qualifying at Talledega?
No matter how fast I qualify, my car is always placed at the back of
the field.
If anyone knows of a fix for this please tell me.

Yep, First lap is warmup and 2 qualify laps..... I can't laugh at you
on this one I did the same thing for 2 months.

There was talk of a Win95/Mac version prior to Sierra's buying Papyrus.
After the sale, Papyrus said there was no plans for such an animal. But
in true Papyrus double-talk, they also said if there were such plans,
they were not at liberty to talk about it.
There is also rumors that an upgrade will be available if/when Papyrus
gets their on-line NASCAR racing up and running.
There, that should totally confuse you. . .

Hi John,
You have 2 qualifying laps at Taladega. Perhaps you are only doing
your first lap (watch for the white flag signifying your final lap)
If you don't take the sewcond lap, no matter how fast you are going on
your first lap, you'll be sent to the back. Good luck and hope this
fixes your problem.

3 words... "WATCH THE FLAG".... :)
It was frustrating to get a 194 lap speed and see all the 80 percent
opponents with 178's in front of me!
