When I got my copy of F1GP I got a 'Manual Protection Reference Card' with it.
Basically it's a piece of paper with all the codes on it. I'd distribute it

A: This would probably be illegal and...
B: It's on photocopy proof paper (ie red stuff)
Before I got this I just wrote down the codes as they came up and pretty soon I
had an almost diffinitive list (saves flicking through the manual every time).
